We will replace or refund items provided they are returned:
- Complete in a fully resallable condition.
- With all tags and barcodes intact
- In the original packaging.
- Within 14 days of receipt.
- We do not pay for return postage.
- Items bought in store must be returned in the same store. As we do not have online facilities for store orders.
Failure to do so may mean we cannot accept return of the item; this does not affect your statutory rights.
After this we will only accept faulty goods free of charge, all other returns will be subject to an administration fee.
All items must be returned complete, unused and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund based on the condition of the returned item. We will not return items which we have not been passed for a refund unless you pay for the return postage or arrange for yourself. If you send the item back to us again, or refuse to accept the return delivery, this will be deemed to be irreversible authority for us to dispose of your goods without further notice.
Due to stock availability we do not offer exchanges however you can return the item and repurchase the desired garment/item.
We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside of the terms of our 14-days refund policy and your statutory right do not apply. Such items may be returned to you at your expense. You will be notified of the applicable charges. If you send the item back to us again, or refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed to be irreversible authority for us to dispose of your goods without further notice.
Disposal will not constitute any admission on our part that we have failed in any way to honour our obligations to you in full and will not constitute any unlawful action against the goods or us.
Refunds will be issued to the original card on which the items where purchased.
Refunds to a card other than the original can only be processed under the following circumstances:
- The original account no longer exists.
- The original account details have expired.
Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to reach your account. A refund may take longer if the card has expired or changed.
Free delivery on orders over £25!
That’s right, Mainland UK and Northern Irelands over £25 will be sent out completely FREE of charge!
Standard UK delivery 3-5 working days via Royal Mail £2.95
Postage and packaging for all UK deliveries below £25.00 will incur a standard charge of £2.95 sent by Royal Mail. Any order received before 12pm will be with you within 3-5 working days after despatch. A working day is classed Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays.
Express next day (Monday–Friday) delivery via Parcel Force £6.95
Express UK deliveries are sent via courier company ‘Parcel Force’ for a fixed P&P charge of £6.95. This is a tracked service and will require a signature on delivery. Any order received before 2.00pm will be sent out the same day, any orders received after this time will be dispatched the next working day, your Items will be with you within 1-2 working days after dispatch. A working day is classed Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays.
We now offer a Saturday delivery, charged at £12.95. UK Mainland only. Scottish Highlands, remote Cornwall & similar are highly dependent on local service and cannot be guaranteed by us.
