If you need to discuss a return or refund, please contact us first. Otherwise please see our general terms &conditions below.

Returns Policy

We will replace or refund items provided they are returned:

• Complete in a fully resallable condition.
• With all tags and barcodes intact
• In the original packaging.
• Within 14 days of receipt.
• We do not pay for return postage.
• Items bought in store must be returned in the same store. As we do not have online facilities for store orders.

Failure to do so may mean we cannot accept return of the item; this does not affect your statutory rights.

After this we will only accept faulty goods free of charge, all other returns will be subject to an administration fee.

All items must be returned complete, unused and in their original packaging.  We reserve the right to refuse a refund based on the condition of the returned item. We will not return items which we have not been passed for a refund unless you pay for the return postage or arrange for yourself. If you send the item back to us again, or refuse to accept the return delivery, this will be deemed to be irreversible authority for us to dispose of your goods without further notice.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges to help you find the perfect fit or style. To request an exchange, simply note your preferred item or size clearly on the return form included with your order. Please ensure the form is completed and enclosed with your return so our team can process your request smoothly.

Kindly note that while exchanges are accepted, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. If you prefer, you may also return the item for a refund and place a new order for your desired piece.

Late Returns

We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside of the terms of our 14-days refund policy and your statutory right do not apply. Such items may be returned to you at your expense. You will be notified of the applicable charges. If you send the item back to us again, or refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed to be irreversible authority for us to dispose of your goods without further notice.

Disposal will not constitute any admission on our part that we have failed in any way to honour our obligations to you in full and will not constitute any unlawful action against the goods or us.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original card on which the items where purchased.

Refunds to a card other than the original can only be processed under the following circumstances:

• The original account no longer exists.
• The original account details have expired.

Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to reach your account. A refund may take longer if the card has expired or changed.

DELIVERY

99p Next day delivery on orders over £25!

That’s right, Mainland UK and Northern Irelands orders over £25 will be sent out for just 99p.

Standard UK delivery 3-5 working days via Royal Mail 

Postage and packaging for all UK deliveries will be sent out with our courier Royal Mail. Any order received before 12pm will be with you within 3-5 working days after dispatch. A working day is classed Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays.

Express next day (Monday–Friday) delivery via Royal Mail 

Express UK deliveries are sent via courier company ‘Royal Mail’ for a fixed P&P charge of £99p. Any orders below £25 will have an optional charge of £1.99 for standard delivery. Any orders over £25 will have the option for 99p next day delivery. This is a tracked service and will require a signature on delivery. Any order received before 12pm will be sent out the same day, any orders received after this time will be dispatched the next working day, your Items will be with you within 1-2 working days after dispatch. A working day is classed Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays.
