We will replace or refund items provided they are returned:
- Complete in a fully resaleable condition.
- With all tags and barcodes intact.
- In the original packaging.
- Within 14 days of receipt.
Failure to do so may mean we cannot accept return of the item; this does not affect your statutory rights.
After this we will only accept faulty goods free of charge, all other returns will be subject to an administration fee.
All items must be returned complete, unused and in their original packaging, And we reserve the right to return to you any item unsuitable for refund or exchange.
We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside of the terms of our 14-days refund policy and your statutory right do not apply. Such items may be returned to you at your expense. You will be notified of the applicable charges. If you send the item back to us again, or refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed to be irreversible authority for us to dispose of your goods without further notice.
Disposal will not constitute any admission on our part that we have failed in any way to honour our obligations to you in full and will not constitute any unlawful action against the goods.
Refunds will be issued to the original card on which the items where purchased.
Refunds to a card other that the original can only be processed under the following circumstances:
- The original account no longer exists.
- The original account details have expired.
Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to reach your account.
