We may collect personal information provided to us by other companies who have obtained your permission to share this information with us.

Couriers- Companies that help get your purchases to you, such as payment service providers, warehouses, order packers, and delivery companies or as part of the standard customer journey for the purposes of taking payment, managing your order, monitoring site performance and stability, improving customer experience, tracking revenue, delivery and returns. We use various couriers such as Royal mail, DPD, Parcel Force.
Worldpay/Paypal/Banks-Credit card, debit Card payments, reference agencies, law enforcement and fraud prevention agencies and payment card. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer and we may share your personal information with such third parties as are necessary to enable us to do such checks. The third parties may keep a record of the information provided. We JustElegance do not hold your bank details, we only have access to your data in order to enable us issue refunds or to settle any queries.
We’ll hold on to your information for as long as you have your account with Just Elegance, or as long as is needed for us to be able to provide the relevant goods or services to you. Just Elegance general retention policy is to retain information for 6 years after your last contact with us.
